Once there was a term which I never liked “the two speed IT”. This approach let often to the fact that there where two parties within the IT department: the agile dev teams and the ERP, often SAP team. The way of working between the two was completely different. In this talk I will explain, why this approach creates more problems than it solves and why it is better to find a common way of working!
